Seven Days Old   Seven days older, and seven days hungrier - this picture shows the gaping maw which Mom Peanut is expected to fill. The pumping of the wings the chicks do while being fed not only helps them to keep their upright balance while begging, but, along with their voices, helps to stimulate Mom's feeding response, and be sure that she keeps up with their appetites.
