Perching Rights

Even if you only expect your canaries to share a flight cage outside of breeding season, you still have to take steps to prevent aggression. An essential part of this is to provide plenty of perching.

The more dominant birds will want to claim the highest perches, so make sure there is plenty of these, and that they are widely spaced apart, or otherwise visibly separated.
