Trade-Off Baby Doll and Peepity have worked out a well-timed routine - just as Baby Doll is finishing feeding the second chick, Peepity arrives to take over. If anybody is still hungry, he will 'top up their tank'. If they are cold, he will sit on them. But whatever he does, he will be 'talking' to them the entire time. That is how he got his name, after all!
