Looking Around The chicks are beginning to take an interest in their surroundings, getting to know their world. Here, one chick has noticed that the camera blinks a little red light at him occasionally, and is watching it curiously, while the other one begs Mom for more food. It's hard to tell looking at them right now, but at 11 days old, their bodies are almost as big as their parents'.
