ReCycle

When the cold winds blow, and wail and moan,
And dust piles thick at the door,
I wonder and wait, watch the wheel of Fate
Add the Balance of Destiny's store;

The total is gained, then broken, then swayed -
Once more the tally grows full;
The long winters pass, the green of the grass
Comes circling again 'round the door.

Lady Fate writes the laws, and shows us the cause
Not always forseen by men;
Love is given, not found - the refuge unbounded
Gives strength to start out again.
