Penguin and Daisy

These are a couple of crested, or corona, Glosters. To produce more birds like this you must mate a crested gloster canary to a non-crested, or consort gloster such as Bilbo, the bird on the left in the previous picture.

Penguin and Daisy have never seen anyone with a camera before, and are craning their necks for all they are worth trying to satisfy their curiosity.

Don't let cat people tell you different - nothing is more curious than a curious canary!

Penguin and Daisy

This site is dedicated to all of those who try to help others on our journey to a better
tomorrow, and especially to Jack Merkens, whose last words to me were "Promise
me you'll keep writing about those canaries! Never stop, ok? Promise!"
Okay, Jack. I promise.
